UMVIM Training Opportunities

Team Leader Training is required for all first time United Methodist Volunteers In Mission team leaders, but all interested persons are welcome to attend whether leading a team or not. The Virginia Conference offers sessions in different parts of the state. Attendance may be restricted at some locations. The following training events are currently scheduled:

Each training session will be from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:45 a.m. There is a $40 registration fee for each participant, payable when you register. Lunch will be provided. Continuing Education Units (0.5 units) will be provided for those needing CEU certification. 
Pre-registration is required. Use the links under the event you wish to attend to make payment. All registrations MUST be in the office of Mission and Global Justice by noon on the Monday before the training event.
