Children's Ministry

FaithSTEPS, a Virginia Conference publication for those in ministry with children, is now an electronic monthly newsletter that features a main article and a list of helpful resources.  Click on the link to the left to view past issues or for information on how to subscribe to receive FaithSTEPS each month by email. 

Child/Youth Protection (Safe Sanctuaries) is designed to help local churches create child protection policies and to train leaders and teachers of children and youth.  This program helps churches that have not yet developed child protection policies and procedures, as well as those churches that need to maintain and/or update their present policies.  Conference training events are held annually, and trainers are also available for on-site child protection training in local churches and districts.
