A product of Virginia United Methodist Communications and a sister publication to the Virginia United Methodist Advocate newsmagazine, this electronic publication is sent FREE no later than each Wednesday via e-mail to lay and clergy subscribers or can be downloaded from the conference Web site.
Churches can reprint the camera-ready inserts as provided or reformat the material for other uses. Many churches have found creative ways to distribute the Sunday Advocate throughout their congregations, such as posting it on bulletin boards, delivering to shut-ins, or providing copies in the church narthex or commons area. Anyone, however, can receive the electronic publication directly, so churches might want to encourage their members to subscribe.
