Peace with Justice Breakfast -- Monday, June 16

 

Dr. Warren Goldstein, author of William Sloane Coffin, Jr.:  A Holy Impatience, will speak on  “A Revival of Liberal Protestantism?  What Americans Can Learn from the Ministry of William Sloane Coffin, Jr.” at the annual Peace with Justice Breakfast at the Virginia Annual Conference.  Dr. Goldstein is a prize-winning historian and Chair of History Department at the University of Hartford.

 

The Peace with Justice Breakfast, sponsored by the Board of Church and Society, will be held on Monday, June 16, 2008, at 7:00 am, on the Mezzanine of the Performing Arts Center of the Roanoke Civic Center.
