Nancy Whitfield Taylor, Contemporary Worship and Music Consulting

Nancy Whitfield Taylor brings a diverse backdrop of experience in church music, with a particular interest in the area of contemporary worship.  Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, Nancy is experienced as a musician, songwriter, and worship leader in the United Methodist Church.  She believes in bringing a strong spiritual connection to the development of ministry areas and the worship experience.  With her skills and background, Nancy may be of help to your church or religious group by:  

• Assisting in the planning and development of a new contemporary worship service
• Consulting with existing personnel on revamping or building on an existing contemporary worship service
• Conducting team-building sessions with various related ministry areas of the church, including contemporary worship, sound ministry, musicians, and church leaders with the intent of learning how God calls us to minister together
• Assisting with the development of audio-visual resources Conducting “master classes” for church musicians to build skill and teamwork within musical groups, thereby accentuating the talents and gifts God offers each of us
• Helping to plan special worship events (concerts, cantatas, etc.)
• Performing music or providing music leadership for special events or worship services, or in the absence of the regular music worship leader
