Printed materials of a promotional, informational, or educational value that do not require conference action may be placed in the conference promotional packet for $125 per item. For advance approval, contact the Director of Connectional Ministries’ office at 1-800-768-6040 or (804) 521-1100, ext. 134, by May 9. Deadline to have the 3,000 copies of printed materials to the Director of Connectional Ministries’ office is May 30.
