To Provide For The Development of Programs Which Can Respond To The Needs of People Living With HIV/AIDS Within The Context of Their Communities, And Provide For Organizations Throughout Latin America/Caribbean, Africa, Europe And Asia/Pacific Which Will Address The Prevention of The Spread of HIV.
The Major Cause of The Spread of Hiv Disease Is Lack of Proper Information With Which To Protect Oneself From Exposure. In Addition To Information, Women Who Are At Greater Risk For Contracting Hiv, Lack To The Power To Choose With Whom They Will Have Sex, When They Will Have Sex, And How They Will Have Sex. Developing Countries, Also Lack The Resources They Need To Provide For Basic Care of Those Already Infected.
This Project Will Provide Practical Support To Prevent The Spread of Hiv By Empowering Women With Knowledge And Support of Healthy Choice Decisions. The Project Will Work Through Annual Conferences, Partner Churches, Existing And Newly Established Relationships To Provide Networking, Resourcing, Information Sharing, And Practical Model Development Support To Respond To This Crisis.
