Packet Materials

Printed materials of a promotional, informational, or educational value that do not require conference action may be placed in the conference promotional packet for $125 per item.

All items must be approved by the Director of Connectional Ministries and must be submitted to the Office of Connectional Ministries no later than May 4.  Contact the Director of Connectional Ministries’ office at 1-800-768-6040 or (804) 521-1100, ext. 134 with questions. Deadline to have 3,000 copies of printed materials to the Director of Connectional Ministries’ office is May 22.
