The United Nations is a very unique opportunity to learn about the many social justice issues that face our world today and how the UMC is lobbying with the UN for change. You will have the chance to learn about human rights and global peace and be educated about the different day-to-day realities that face people in other parts of the world. You will be challenged to put your faith into action by thinking globally and acting locally in your own community to make a difference in the world!
