Annual Conference Committee Meetings

Annual Conference is June 11-14, 2006 in Hampton.  

All meetings will be held on a Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes lunch.  

Committee members should call Beverly Myers at 1-800-768-6040, Ext. 134 or e-mail BevMyers@vaumc.org  if they are NOT able to attend.

April 12 -- 10:30 a.m., Chestnut Memorial UMC, 1024 Harpersville Rd., Newport News, VA, 757-595-6531 (meeting has been confirmed)  

May 10 -- 10:30 a.m., Hampton  Convention Center (meeting has been confirmed)

May 31-- 10:30 a.m., Hampton Coliseum (meeting has been confirmed) 

 

Notice that there are NO meetings in October, December, and February.
